The Petronia Collection

The Petronia Collection

The namesake of the Petronia Collection originates from the childhood home of the designer in Rye, NY. Petronia, which comes from the Greek word for stone, gets its name from the unusually high bedrock in that area of the state. The Petronia Collection features emerald cut, meticulously selected stones encased in twisted gold wire, inspired by the Tudor-style leaded glass latticed windows that adorned T.W.’s childhood home’s façade. In these pieces, the caged stone’s beauty is only elevated by its bodice of interlaced gold wire, evocative of a sailor’s rope.
